How to be a referral?
1. Just submit the following info to us:
- Your referree's name, contact number, time and date which they wish to attend the health preview.
- Your own name and contact number

Payment
After your referree has successfully attended the health preview, we will bank in the payment to you within 1 month.
If you attend the health preview yourself (provided that you meet the requirements), you will be getting an additional RM30 which means, you will be getting RM20 + RM30 = RM50!
